The facility is being equipped with the latest automation technologies. As a Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for effectively managing our customer’s backlog within our SLA by making sure that production, process and productivity targets on site are met or exceeded. Our recently established site is equipped with the latest technologies and automated solutions, making it a high-tech facility that we want to transform into a world-leading one.
You’ll ensure procedures are documented and followed, and that CAPAs and 5Cs are acted upon accordingly. In addition, you’ll provide back-up to the Shift Manager during absence, and make sure our productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
Some of your duties include:
- Planning and coordinating labor in accordance with forecasting and DL targets;
- Working closely together with all operational departments in order to ensure smooth work flow and maximum synergy;
- Acting as a role model to your staff and providing a harmonious work place for each individual;
- Protecting your staff by ensuring adherence to safety rules and processes, and reporting accidents and near misses on time;
- Monitoring staff performance and costs within the dept.

You impress us by:
- having 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in logistics or manufacturing;
- being skilled in working with warehouse and logistics systems, including JDA/Red Prairie and automated tools;
- being able to use MS Office and online collaboration tools effectively;
- easily handling pressure, deadlines and changing priorities;
- knowing how to create optimal planning with finance in mind.
